Anchor has a team of professionals on staff ready to answer your questions and provide technical support. Many of our systems are serviced today simply by telephone support. 

Many of our newer systems allow dial up support and network interfacing. This allows a technician access to make software changes and monitor status of an autoclave controller from across the country.

Existing customers benefit from the historical data we keep on file for troubleshooting and making modifications to older Anchor autoclaves. Drawings, photos, schematics, and operating manuals are generally kept in our archives as backup information if you should lose yours.
